We exist to close the gap between clinical rigour and digital health strategy.
Most digital health products that fail procurement do not fail because of the technology. They fail because of the compliance documentation — the safety cases that were incomplete, the DTAC submissions that were underevidenced, the regulatory positions that were never properly established.
SDHA was founded to fix that. We bring the clinical authority, the regulatory expertise, and the NHS procurement knowledge that most digital health teams cannot build in-house — and we deploy it with the transparency and precision that the sector demands.

Too many genuinely good digital health products fail at the UK procurement stage — not because they don't work, but because they lack a DCB0129-compliant Clinical Safety Case signed by a qualified Clinical Safety Officer. That regulatory gap represents millions in wasted investment and, more importantly; delayed access to tools that could transform patient care globally.
Dr Jide Idowu founded SDHA having sat on both sides of the UK and global procurement process: as a practising clinician assessing digital health submissions, and as a digital health strategist building the products. That dual vantage point is what SDHA was built to deploy.
